    Yummy snack for breakfast - Lean Body Whey Protein, Nutritional Flakes, whole blueberries, sliced bananas, hemp seeds. Put in a bowl and add a bit of coconut milk and some distilled water until you like the consistency, then add a bit of agave or PRL Natural Sugar and a touch of Pink Salt…great ceral with lots of nutritional value.
