Dr. Richard Carmona, U.S. Surgeon General stated:

“The American people are illiterate when it comes to health, nutrition and disease prevention. They are reaching middle age with expensive and life-threatening health problems. Our priority must be to improve prevention and educate people about health issues they are facing. The U.S. Health system is overburdened as a result of people’s poor health choices and lack of personal responsibility. The good news is this health crises is almost entirely preventable.”

A Normal Life

Friday, March 7th, 2008

You are born. No forceps are used, no birth drugs are used, no pitocin drips or other drugs are given to your mother. You receive no vaccinations and no medical drugs. You are given only your own mother’s milk for 9 months which invigorates your immune system and makes you strong.

As you grow up, your parents feed you only naturally grown, whole foods from their organic garden and cultured dairy products made from raw milk from their free-roaming cow. You eat no white sugar, no white flour, no hydrogenated oils, no red meat, no soft drinks, no junk food. The air quality in your home is healthy (no smoke). Your home itself is designed with perfect Vastu geometry (ideal building energetics). You rarely watch television (and then, only pre-selected, pre-recorded programs). You play no video games. You read high-minded books and literature which encourage excellent moral behavior.
